The Sharman Quinney Group announces senior management changes to support further growth

The Sharman Quinney Group (comprising Sharman Quinney, Pattison Lane, Hurfords and Kevin Henry) has announced a number of internal senior management appointments to support further growth and development of the business, its people and its network of 24 branches across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Essex and Rutland. 

Former Managing Director Mike Sharman assumes the newly created role of Chairman, with Chris Rowson appointed Managing Director reporting into Mike. Adding to the experience of its senior team, Simon Masters is promoted to Mortgage Services Director and Jeremy Collis promoted to Head of People Development & Strategy. The business also confirms Phil Lane as Managing Director of Pattison Lane. 

These strategic appointments bring with them over 130 years of industry experience - most of which with Sharman Quinney emphasising the company’s strong culture of promotion from within – and will support long term plans to evolve and expand the group - including in key growth areas such as Lettings and New Homes - to allow the business to extends its market leading services to even more customers and bring a renewed focus to its ‘People Strategy’ to create further development opportunities for colleagues:
