Key Responsibilities
  • The Role:
  • Attend a morning meeting to plan and set targets for the day ahead
  • Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants for a portfolio of properties
  • Ensure clients are fully updated on the progress of any outstanding issues regularly
  • Ensure all required safety checks are carried out at the required time
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance work are carried out in a timely manner to the correct standard

Skills Required
  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Driving licence and own transport essential
  • Property Management experience preferred but not essential and you must have a track record of excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT and admin skills
  • Organised and able to work under pressure
