Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for effectively managing the branch operation – its staff, system and procedures, performance and results
  • Develop and maximise sales opportunities in all aspects of Company business – residential sales, mortgage services, land, new homes, lettings, home conveyancing and surveys
  • Set and achieve targets and financial profit budget
  • Develop staff through effective performance management and target setting, deliver regular reviews and on the job coaching
  • Recruit and integrate new full time and part time staff
  • Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards
