95% Government backed Mortgage Scheme is on its way!

The Chancellor’s recent announcement has again grabbed the headlines for the UK Property Market as the Government is backing UK home ownership as one of its key mandates.
Mortgage Services Director Chris Rowson comments
“Already our branches are seeing record levels of buyers registering and combined with yesterday’s news this will only further add more stimulus to trading conditions, furthermore, already six of our panel of mortgage lenders have signed up to the Government’s scheme. So contrary to the outlook first thought in 2021 this year is already looking like a great time to move home.“
The UK property market has enjoyed very strong activity in 2020, COVID aside, driven by the Stamp Duty Holiday and an urge from buyers to take advantage of very competitive mortgage deals and rates.
Rowson further adds
