Training is either in-house with our experienced staff or out-sourced to specialists, where necessary, to provide the best possible results. Many of our staff have started in weekend or junior positions and progressed through to management roles. Others have joined us at management level providing us with the benefit of their experience.

Job Details: We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales negotiator to work within our busy Kettering office. The successful candidate must be smart in appearance, have a mature attitude, possess excellent customer service skills, have target driven sales experience, be self motivated, enthusiastic and have a burning desire to be the best.
